About Us

EverydayPrintingNeeds is an independent retailer of brand-new, factory-sealed printers, scanners, and related supplies. We are not affiliated with HP®, Canon®, Epson®, or Brother®.

Products & Pricing

All products listed are brand-new, factory-sealed, and include the full original manufacturer warranty. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is formed when we ship the product. We may cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if a product is no longer available or pricing is in error). In that case, we refund in full.

Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the specified amount.

Shipping & Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties are provided directly by HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother. EverydayPrintingNeeds itself makes no additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

EverydayPrintingNeeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
